1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- The item is damaged in transit, defective, or significantly not as described.
- The return request is made within 3 days of delivery.
- The product is unused, in original condition, with all original packaging, tags, and certificates intact.
Returns requested beyond 3 days or for reasons like “change of mind” or “no longer wanted” will not be accepted.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Customized or engraved watches
- Gift cards or promotional items
- Watches damaged due to misuse or unauthorized repairs
- Items purchased during clearance or final sales
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Order ID
- Reason for return
- Photos/videos (in case of damage or defect)
- Our team will review the request within 2 business days.
- If approved, we will arrange reverse pickup (where serviceable) or guide you through safe return shipping.
- Once received and inspected, we will notify you about the refund status.
4. Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- For COD orders, we will issue a refund via bank transfer after verifying return.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by emailing us at [your email].
- Once shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.
